One on One Personal Training at Pivotal is where you get the most focused, client centred service. From the moment you arrive for your initial meet with a trainer, we do our utmost to make sure that we lead you in the direction that you want and need to go in. One on One Training is all about YOU. Sessions can be varied on the spot to allow for whatever condition you may be in on any given day.

Outdoor Group E.M.A (Early Morning Activity)

If you enjoy getting outdoors for you movement and have fun in a group environment, then our E.M.A program is for you. At E.M.A we combine the movement styles into each session to give you the best of all worlds. From strict drills and running, to board games and frisbee. Its a great way to start the day!
