MCS #1 - Balance Beam
Balance is something that I think we can all agree is very important, particularly as we age. But who actually puts the effort into practice and training it?
This video is a short look at some basic balance beam progressions. It's important to note, that before you graduate to the beam, you should be able to perform these tasks on the ground.
This is also by no means an exhaustive list of progressions, there are many, many more ways to challenge your balance. From raising the bar (literally) to carrying things, there are loads of options.
My level 4 and 5 skills here are what i believe everyone should be capable of, but are perhaps not quite able to complete yet.
