Do you have a few friends or family members who want to get together for a session? We can work with you. Groups can be up to six people. It can be a fun and cost effective way to achieve targeted training where you may even discover your competitive streak.

Enjoy the additional support of a friend or partner by utilising a doubles training session. You will receive the personalised attention of your trainer allowing for more flexibility in partnered and individual exercises.
OUR E.M.A GROUP
Join our Early Morning Activity or E.M.A open group. Sessions run mostly outdoors from 6-7am Mondays and Fridays, with an indoor option from
Monday and Friday sessions involve running with traditional and progressive movement while Wednesdays take on a more traditional feel.
