I have been a Personal Trainer for over 15 years. The most important thing I have learned from this is how to listen. Starting out as a young Personal Trainer, I thought the relentless pursuit of goals was enough. Today I know that acknowledging people’s individuality is the key. I employ an array of training styles including strength training, metabolic conditioning, rehabilitation, boxing and outdoor training.
I also have a passion for nutrition. I am in my final year of a nutrition degree at Endeavour College here in Melbourne. Needless to say we are what we eat!
