Despite his many accolades as an elite sportsman for over 20 years Curtis is better known for his empathetic attitude and his solutions based mindset to problems. Living his life using a wheelchair since 1992 after a rugby league accident has aided this aspect of his personality. A client-centered coach Curtis gets the best out of his clients by understanding their needs and also through detailed assessment. Very quick to pick up on whether his clients are stressed or not present he has the ability to adapt his programs to suit anyone’s situation.
Having travelled extensively throughout the world as a sportsman and an adventurer Curtis believes that anything is possible and does not believe in being ‘stuck.’ Life is all about choices and if one way doesn’t work then Curtis will find another way to get where he wants to go.
Health & fitness have long been a passion for Curtis and now that he has retired from elite sport he is gladly offering his expertise to all that want to learn how he was able to achieve so much in his life so far.
